Our food truck specializes in a variety of flavorful eggrolls — from crab rangoon to blueberry cheesecake to buffalo chicken — along with crowd favorites like smash burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, and steak and cheese. With flexible, tailored menus and friendly service, we make every event unique, stress-free, and memorable.
CRUZIN SLICE offers made-to-order specialty pizzas that cook in less than 3 minutes. Like our SUPERBIRD pizza, made with bacon, chicken, tomatoes, asiago and a mozzarella/provolone mix, then drizzled with a zesty garlic alfredo sauce! Check out our website for more!
In addition to serving brunch, lunch and dinner on Maine's busiest Airport, Pilots Cove Cafe is the premier in-flight caterer to Sanford Seacoast Regional Airport, Portland Jetport, Portsmouth International Airport, Lebanon Municipal Airport, Laconia Municipal Airport, Augusta State Airport and Waterville Regional Airport! We are thrilled to be bringing our level of production to the Limington Airport and will be providing the full bar for The Runaway Country Music Fest!
