All food vendors must be licensed as a food vendor in Acton, Maine and must submit a certificate of insurance (COI) naming Pilots Cove Cafe LLC 439 Sanford Rd, Alfred Maine 04002 and Acton Fairgrounds 550 ME-109 Acton, Maine 04001 as additionally insured.
